Ingredients:

Pizza Dough
Garlic Oil
Apple Butter
Kosher Salt
Mozzarella Cheese
Apples, Sliced Thin
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Prosciutto Slices

Instructions:

Make your pizza dough using your favorite recipe, or check out our pizza dough recipe HERE. Allow the dough to proof, and then portion out your dough balls.  We weigh our dough balls out at 6oz each, which yields a 10" pizza, perfect for the Gozney Roccbox.  Roll them into shape by hand or with a rolling pin.

Brush the edges of the pizza with garlic oil.  Spoon a dollop of apple butter into the center of the pizza dough and use the back of the spoon to spread the apple butter all the way to the edges. Sprinkle the kosher salt over the dough.

Add a thin layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and then lay thinly sliced apples over the surface.  Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the apples, and then drape everything with paper thin slices of prosciutto.  Slide the pizza into your pizza oven and rotate it every 30 seconds until done.  Slice and enjoy!
